technically yea, just need to jailbreak yur iphone (easy to now, just search) and then the app that you need is SummerBoard, which extends yur wallpaper as well as be able to scroll yur springboard.

i will reinstall photoshop and fill all requests in this thread.

venturo: yeah its sort of a hack i guess. you edit one of the icons and put in the background as the icon and put transparency under the icon so when you click it you can still see it (like date changing on calendar, etc)

sorry for shitty explaination. if you want a background working under your icons you can also post it in here and ill make you one and explain how to install it.

In the LBC: the album itself is hot im listening to it right now
