I agree. The movie was excellent. I had previously bought the Marvel comics DVD release of Iron Man, an animated movie. I was pleasantly surprised by the differences.

The only negative about the outing was seeing a preview of the Incredible Hulk. It would appear that the movie makers have decided to depart from the original storyline of how David Banner became the Hulk.

I like the Office, and Iron Man was freaking incredible. I actually watch a lot of movies so yeah it was like really good.

Actually, this is going to be a somewhat (without saying it) sequal to Ang Lee's Hulk movie. The movie takes place a few years after the previous movie, and Banner is still on the run.

I enjoyed the last movie, even though it was a departure from the original Hulk origins, and they made his Father the Maestro ( have to know the comic to understand)
The new Incredible Hulk movie Acknowledges that the other movie was made, and gives a nod to that story line, but that's it. This time around it's more Marvel. and Ed Norton WROTE IT. That right there should say a lot.

I have to agree with most of the posts in this thread that Iron Man was actually pretty good. I really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend staying through the credits
We stayed b/c one of the guys next to us mentioned something about there possibly being something extra after the credits.
