Hey guys. I've found a couple of images i'd like to turn into wallpapers from the internet. now i've resized them to the correct size for the iphone, and saved them, but every time i use itunes to load them onto my iphone, it says "some of your photos, including 'whateverthephotosfilenameis' were not copied to the iPhone "Adam's iPhone" because they cannot be displayed on your iPhone.
Just curious is to why this isn't working? perhaps i have to save it as a certain file (they're JPEG right now). just wondering what I should do! thanks guys!!!
That is strange. they should work. But there is a lot of information in an image we never see.
Open the one that works in what ever editing program you are using and look at the properties. Then open one of the bad ones right new to it and compare?
Are they the same type of image (index/rgb)?
Does the one that does not work have a higher resolution?
The smallest difference could prevent the iPhone from accepting it.
Post em on here if they're not private and stuff. Maybe we can help yas
well i started saving images as bitmap images and they work, but how do i save photos as bitmap photos in photoshop? my only option when saving is jpeg.

What Photoshop are you using? I'm using CS3 Extended and it has it on the drop down menu.
