It was not big enough to fill out the wallpaper so I put a reflection on it kinda web 2.0 style. If you rather have it say Afghan Whigs underneath I can do that also.

To do this did you just use photoshop or some other kind of photo editor and resize the picture to 320 x 480?

Well sort of...

You don't want the image to get to stretched out or to crunched up.

Resize it with the setting 'constrain proportions' the plop in on a 320 x 480 colored background.
