Can you make wallpapers as slides???

I am constantly in the look of a program on Iphone, where you can select wallpapers and make them as a slide show whilst your phone is unlocked or maybe something like I had on my PDA phone(blinds)

If you're talking about GIF files, no.

That can't be achieved as of right now - at least for the unlock screen. An application recently came out that allows you to use GIFs (or small video clips, which I do not know) as the wallpaper behind the icons on the Springboard. For jailbroken phones only.
