Ok, so the phone syncs to the calender but the calender won't sync back to the phone with new events?

No the phone will sync back and forth without a problem. You can create/edit something in your calendar on your iphone and it'll take a second for it to show up on your google calendar and vice versa also!

Odd.

I am impressed at the speed at which the entry I created in my phone populated to the google calender but none of my preexisting events in google calender populated back to my phone.

Is there an initial push I need to do to get them talking from google -> iphone?

Or do I only get the dynamic link from the time I turned on the function?

Either way it's cool I just need to know if I need to reenter my events going forward or if I can import events that existed before today.

Your right, it doesn't. Which is why I am confused.

The sync setting in the exchange server? I boosted it up from 3 days to 1 month and still no import from google. I have an event side by side, one on my existing calendar and on I just made on the iphone and only the iphone event is showing up on my iphone.

What sync setting do you feel I should be manipulating?

Anyone besides princerefugee get preexisting events to import into the iphone?

My work around was just to edit my events and resave them and they show up but I'm not convinced that this exchange works on events you made before the link.

I dinked with my google settings, my mail,contact,calender settings, my iphone settings, nueva settings, and none of it imported my previouse events from google.

I'm not saying I'm not missing a fundimental step but I need to know what I am missing in order to understand why it's not syncing up to events prior to the link.

OK I got mine all synced but does it only sync one calendar? I have my own calendar, then I have some shared calendars that I have linked to mine. I want all the calendars synced to my iphone. How can I do this?
