You cant online. You can jailbreak it and get and download games straight from the iPod.

Once you jailbreak the phone, you can go to iAppCat, http://iappcat.com/, and search for games and all sorts of stuff will show up. But as stated earlier you must jailbreak first, and that part is easy.

You need to use an application called ZiPhone. ZiPhone jailbreaks the iPhone and iPod Touch. Just download it, open it, plug in your Touch, and click 'Jailbreak'.
