Default Whats the best way to edit mp3 files
so i can take a 15 second clip of a song and make it a ringtone? ive never done it before

Default Audacity
For Windows, I use Audacity. It works great. You may need to download the 'lame_enc.dll' to export your modified file as MP3.

Audion 3. Free program and is very easy to use. Been using it for a while to create 30 second clips for my Treo 650. No question the best mp3 editor out there that is free.

i used windows so im trying this, no idea what to do, do u have a simple tutorial or could quickly explain what to do to pick a section of the song?
