exactly why? As far as I know it should be pretty simple to allow tethering through bluetooth. Why the next iPhone??

Flytunes.fm isn't flash-based. That's the reason it works on both the iPhone and the iPod touch as neither support Flash which is the reason I mentioned Flytunes. Other web based radios are flash-based so they won't work though of course, there's a few exceptions and I've heard of them working but they're so far and few that Flytunes would be the best bet if you want something web-based. Otherwise, AOL radio will be perfect and that's also not based on Flash so it'd work on the iPod touch and the iPhone. Make sense now?
