Top part of the touch screen is not working.. help help help!!
I am sorry if this has been discussed before! I tried to search but could not able to find the solution for my problem: Its like the Top part of the touch screen is not at all working, I am able to touch first three icons in the home screen but i have to touch at the bottom of these icons and other serious issues like I am on mail and i have a mail open so I cant go back to the inbox as I cant tap the inbox coz that comes in that top not sensitive part of the screen.
I have done hard reset, restore, upgrade, and what not but still could not able to make the top part of the screen responsive. Everything else is working Fine.

I think you are right. had this situation be few months back when they had iPhone in stock and I could have gotten a free replacement. But I dont think so they will replace this one! Anyway thnks for you help

They still have refurb stock, just not new. Take it back to Apple, they'll hook you up.

I had almost the same thing today but it was the bottom part of my screen not working. I took it to the Apple store thinking they would send it off to be repaired but i was wrong. BRAND NEW PHONE I was shocked no questions asked. I would restore yours back to factory settings though. Hope that helps
