ok, i updated to 2.0 today, and for some bizarre reason i found a Contacts button, like on the ipod touch, is this for real? is there any way i can remove this? its kinda pointless considering this is a PHONE and you have all your contacts saved under the phone portion, so this contacts button really has no purpose

everyone with 2.0 has it and you cannot delete it. if its that big of a burden for you, go back to 1.1.4, get rid of your iphone, or put the app on a home screen you dont use much

Just move the app to your very last home page.

I also found that to be pretty Lame but what the heck. Down the road someone will find some use for it and share it.

That happen to me and I dont have the 3g. My phone was running on tmobil. It was unlocked. Now its locked up again. Help?

Now I'm trying to restore my iPhone back to 1.4...
That's the only way how to get it work...

actually they ran smooth on the previous firmware...and now they run better...i haven't looked at a pdf since the 2.0 firmware, but i'm sure i can take your word for it...runs a lot smoother...

My phone was rebooting all night. If you hold the tpo button and home for at least 20 to 30 sec it stopped. I went to itunes 7.7 and turned of auto update."Dont Update" Restore the iphone. When it finished my phone was locked. I went to ziphone and downloaded the unlock program. I did the first option and it unlocked and gave it a new unlocked verison of 1.14. My installer program was back after a reboot. Im up and running. now im looking for a fix for 2.0. Anyone?
