Tethering Speed Test: 3G vs AT&T Extreme DSL

I have been pretty impressed the 3G speeds. It is right up there with my EXTREME DSL connection, I pay 34.95 a month for.

not too shabby! sucks that att wants to charge 55 bucks a month for tethering...

It's hard to say what the price will be. I think AT&T is leaking potential prices to see what the public reaction is before they make a decision on it. They had such a PR nightmare with the upgrades they don't want to go through another such problem. I wouldn't be surprised if they leak a few prices until they see a somewhat favorable response from the public then they will enable it for that price.
