Default syncing application

Hi everyone
i have an Iphone 3G 16GB, and recently i tried to synchronized some applications, that i got from a friend on USB ,on my apple MacBook Air, and after the syncing, it gives me a message error that those application can not be verified ...
i don't really see what is the problem, since i can sychronize music perfectly with no prob.
Can anyone help me please...
If it is a piracy issue, some of the app that i got, i downloaded them from appolo.us, so what could be the problem here?
thx

Your 'friend' purchased the apps with 'his' credit card...only he will be able to use them.

Getting around this is considered piracy.

Yea the only way to get apps to work is downlaod them on your iTunes account. I don't believe there is any way to trick iTunes into transferring apps from account to account.

If your friend authorizes your computer, then they'll work on your phone.
