restore problem

ok, i did something dumb lol so i went to restore my phone from my last back-up and insted of restoreing. i still had the old contacts, no text, and pics from the other dumb back-up i did. so i tought, ok maybe it didnt do it right. so i selected to restore from my back-up again and i still didnt get my things back. so were can i select it by date to restore. ??

hopefully someone here know what i can do lol

here is the options i have to restore...but i want a date thats b4 the last time i backed up. i know there was more times between "yesterday" and 9-1-08 lol so were can i pick thoes ???
