receiving videos in email

im trying to figure out this iphone i wanted to know if anyone has tried to receive a video to their iphones email, downloaded the attachment and played the video on their iphone...i already talked to a customer service representative and was told that this phone can not receive multimedia messages..
so i wanted to know if there was an way of receiving videos to this iphone

Was the customer service rep just referring to the iPhone's inability to receive multimedia text messages or did that include emails too? If that person was talking about emails too, then he or she was probably telling the truth.

he was talking about how you cant receive multimedia messages...but i wanted to if anyone has succesfully downloaded a video attached to an email sent to their iphone?
