problems with cucusoft iphone software

is there anyone who can please help me! this is an email which i forwarded to cucusoft customer support in which i am still awaiting a reply. if there is anyone who can help me with this i would appreciate it.
Just having some problems still with understanding the DVD part of this software. The video part works great. As far as the DVD part, a fast-forwarding window opens at first which is never mentioned. Then your program is advertised as fast converting speeds. This is never mentioned anywhere. My only clue is to go to the setting tab and choose fast forward x32. To me this shouldn't change the quality since I choose best quality. And to finish, the movie stops just 1 sec short of the final time of the movie. For example, if the total time of the movie is 1:45, it converts only to 1:44 and never stops. IS THERE ANYONE WHO CAN PLEASE CALL ME so I get passed this, I am sure it is a setting somewhere. My ref # is 151717255. I can be reached at (914)879-3536. I have no other way to handle this since cucusoft does not offer any phone support. None of my issues are mentioned on the support pages or the FAQ's. I purpoosely purchased your software from your website directly rather than a third-party link. Thank you.
