Ok im New To All This

Like i said im new to all this and need help lol
I see all these cool things like the imunchies and nes games i dont know how to get em i guess im not to good with computers.
I just got my iphone and i downloaded the update which after reading maybe should not have. But as far as getting these apps,nes games and all other 3rd party software do i download it to my mac and then put my phone on the dock and sync it or do i download it from safari on my iphone if anyone can help me out it would mean alot.

umm since u did the update, you cant


unless u downgrade which i dont recommend if u arnt good with computers
