New Apps not showing up.....

I'm using nullriver app installer on my iphone. There are some pretty cool apps but the problem is once I fill the bottom row (only 4 apps including the installer) any other apps don't show up. I'm unable to "scroll" down to see the others. Am I doing something wrong??? I know they're there because if I choose "uninstall" they are on the list and if I uninstall something they then one of my apps replaces the one I just got rid of.....

You need to install Summerboard in order to be able to scroll on your home screen. There are some other launchers out there, but Summerboard is nice!
