Money app request

Hey guys there is a money app that already exists. It's alright but it's pretty limited. It only counts up.

I'd like to see a password protected money app where I can put in a number (like the balance of a credit card) and then everytime I spend money on that card I punch it in and it auto subtracts it and keeps tabs on what I spent it on and the date and time.

But I shouldn't have to login every time I want to quickly punch a new number in, only when I want to check the balance.

The ability to track multiple cards or cash in your pocket would be great.

Anything like this already exist or could be made?
I'm not a programmer, just know what I'm looking for.
