But read the whol thread before you proceed, some people, like me, have lost visiual voicemail, after enabling it... but tethering worked great...

If you have options for inputting the apn for visual voicemail make sure it is acds.voicemail

3.0 sucks. Phone overheats now and email is so flaky it is unusable. I have 4 different email accounts on my phone, ranging from Exchange to IMAP to GMAIL. Regardless of which account I go into, I can enter the account and start a message and then I will get dumped back to the home screen. I can start to read a message and I get dumped back to the home screen. Battery life also has taken a sever hit. Nothing is enabled, such as WIFI, Location Services, Bluetooth. I am going back to the previous version.

Restore.....that has not been my experience with 3.0 and quite frankly not with any of the betas either. Restore your phone see if it clears up.

BTW, it's not likely that you will be able to dwngrade, unless the quickpwn trick still works.

I already tried the restore and it is doing the same thing. It actually acts like it will not take a charge now either. I got the 20% message at around 12 today while using nothing. I normally can make it until about 8pm before I will get a 20% message if then. I charged it in the car the whole way home, which was an hour and 20min and then put it on the charger when I got home. 2 hours later it still shows the battery with the thin red line and after about a minute off the charger it tells me I have less than 20min. I think I will be going by the Apple store tomorrow if it will not let me restore. I was planning on trying the QuickPwn "trick".

Best of luck with it, although you may want to rethink the apple store tomorrow. New iPhone launches tomorrow.

ok, where should I have put that. I did get it working again, but after about 5 hours either restoring or talking to AT&T
