consider yourself lucky, was told 6pm GMT in the UK..... it is now 6:12 GMT still says 2.2.1 is the current version and now to make things worse, the apple forum is down, which probably means apple is down

Downloading now. Took 12 min to start. Mine says downloading but has no progress bar. Someone posted it was 229mg. Anyone have a progress bar?

Mine timed out. I am guessing the servers are getting overloaded. If anyone has a progress bar or screen show can you post it? I get the accept buttons and says itunes is downloading, but no progress bar and the first attempt said it "timed out"

yay for state funded dual OC48 netz. i averaged around 2MB/sec and was done within 2 minutes of starting. woot!
