i had the 2.0 and 2.1 and 2.2, had about 10 different iphones from version 1 and a few 3Gs, and i just recently downgraded to a 1.1.4 and i love every minute of it. Sure the edge is a bit slower.. not that i was getting 3G everywhere rarely at full power... but the no more crashing part is so awesome, i no longer have the urges of throwing my phones out of the window... on a daily basis ever since 2.0+ i wanted to throw my phone outta the window or smash it on the ground. It got even worse with the 3G phone and with 2.0.2!

i stand my ground on 1.1.4... one feature that annoyed me on the 2.0.0+ is when you try to send messages to multiple people every time you select a name it goes back to typing mode, let the plus stay there let me select people then go to typing, it was annoying having to click on the name then plus then name section again then plus!! with 1.1.4 just hit plus and select plus and select... much simpler.. dont know who messed that up, but it sucks

i love 1.1.3, can't we all get along... you saved me nick, i almost updated, than i found "i hate you 2.0". maybe i'll update someday, or maybe i'll just buy a 3g and keep the 1G on 1.1.3
