Default i have firmware 1.0.2, if i upgrade to itune 7.6..will it brick my phone?

hi guys..

i am in kinda trouble now...

i just upgrade my comp to Windows Vista Ultimate K 64-it edition..
Everything was smooth until i recognize that Appl(son of guns) did not make Iphone compatible with 64 bit version of windows....I tunes that i have is 7.4..

i have 1.0.2 firmware and the only way i can connect to itune in vista(64bit) is that i have to upgrade to latest Itunes software(7.6.i think)..

will it brick my phone by upgrading the itunes to the latest one??

my phone had been unlocked with the software i think...
i am using it from canada.

thank you very much guys...

Shouldn't brick your phone, but it will nag you to upgrade to 1.1.4. You should be OK to upgrade your itunes, though. bonne chance!

The latest is 1.1.4.
2.0 won't be publicly available until June I believe. To upgrade your iPhone to the latest firmware, just follow the prompts in iTunes. Make sure you sync first so you can keep all your stuff.

Wait!!!!!!

if you are unlocked, YOU MUST NOT UPGRADE THROUGH ITUNES!!!

YOU MUST CLICK RESTORE...

otherwise you will lose Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and IMEI number.

if you need a walk-through, PM me.
