Got Unlocked iphone v1.1.1 what next?

Got my iphone it's unlocked v1.1.1 and has installer.app. I have leopard and itunes 7.5 and i've read around i should downgrade to itunes 7.4.2. Does anyone know if this is so? I really want to sync it and get it going but i'm so scared of bricking it please help i'm sitting here staring at it thanks.

I'm using my v1.1.1 unlocked iPhone with iTunes 7.5......it works fine.

If it asks you to update, say NO (obviously). Beyond that, go nuts.
