Get Iphone Photos Without Syncing

I'd like download the photos that I took with my iPhone to a different system than I usually sync to. Can I do this without messing up my iPhone?

No you can not, but you can email the photos to yourself and do whatever you want with them

yes you can just make sure iTunes don't open when you plug your iphone in to the computer and if the USB drivers are not installed in the pc or mac they will install after that go to my computer and you will see a camera in there called iphone and keep clicking till you see your pics and then copy and paste that's it

Yes just plug your phone in and go to My Computer... Scanners and Cameras... Apple iPhone will be listed there. Double click it to view your photos and copy or move them elsewhere if you'd like.

Also, it doesnt' matter if iTunes opens or not and no need to worry about USB drivers, they will already be installed on your computer.

Note that emailing sends a much smaller, more compressed version of the image so it's not exactly ideal for archiving.
