Error message with INSTALLER APP

I'm using the INSTALLER APP. By mistake I uninstalled SUMMERBOARD. Its no longer on the IPHONE's main screen but I can still see it on the UNINSTALL tab APPLICATIONS...When I click on UNINSTALL it gives me these message

After that, I can only press OK... .Like I said, its on the UNINSTALL tab but it's not on the main screen so I can't us it...

Can anyone help me with this problem...How can I uninstall the apps so I can install them again?

If you are using a pc, use ibrickr to reinstall summerboard via the pxl package. This should help you get back summerboard.
