Email lets Outlook "blocked" messages to iphone

I am a PC user who uses Outlook for my work mail. I can send and receive email on my iphone 3G with no problem as long as I leave Outlook not running at work.

What I noticed over the weekend is that I get all these emails. Come to work and when I open Outlook, I usually get all the messages and then it removes them from my iphone. This is fine.

What I noticed was that there were more messages on the iphone than when I loaded Outlook.

Evidently, iphone gets all mail. Outlook blocks (or just deletes) the messages that have been marked as "blocked sender" and they do not even show in your trash or junk folder.

Is there a way to have the iphone receive the messages and not the blocked senders ones. Probably not as Outlook is doing the work and the iphone is getting the messages before outlook.
