Does the iPhone now sync properly with MS Exchange with 1.1.1?

I recently updated to 1.1.1 and now I am noticing that my email connection to my company's MS Exchange server (IMAP) is now synching properly.

Before, if I moved an email from my Inbox to a folder on my iPhone, the next time I checked my mail on Outlook Web Access the mail would still be in my Inbox and a copy would be in my folder. The same went for deleting mail on the iPhone.

But not anymore.

If I delete a message on my iPhone or move a message to another folder, it actually deletes it and moves it instead of copying.

Has anyone else noticed this? When 1.1.1 first came out, people said that it didn't fix synching mail with exchange.
