I have a 3g on 3.0 and I don't see the invite feature.

Is there somewhere where you have to turn it on?

You have to EDIT your event on your calendar and then go to the "Invitees" section.

Click on "Map" and you'll see the GPS location of each photo along with a tag of the current weather conditions.
The more I go "street hiking," more photos will be added so keep checking!

I'm pretty sure it's just a 3.0 feature and no specific to the 3GS. I think you have to be connected via exchange but I could be wrong on that one.

This makes sense. I have my work e-mail set up on Exchange, but I only sync my e-mail, not my calendar or work contacts.
