The soon-to-be-released 2.0 firmware has one. When you open the calculator and use it in landscape mode, it becomes a scientific calculator, which has a percentage key.
For the time being, CalcPaper 1.0 is available on installer through the source http://repo.ispazio.net and that app also has a percentage function.

JCalc is my favorite. its simple but has the needed functions that the apple calc is missing. its got the normal function on display but then u swipe up on that screen and more functions pop up
