Built in Email Client question

Hi

I have an Exchange corporate account with no IMAP possibility due to Policy, so I am forwarding my email to an external IMAP server and picking it up from there. As I don't have the iPhone yet, due in a week or so, I would just ask a question.

I am getting emails way too big for Edge, they contain large attachment often, sometimes over 5-10MB. I will need to fetch the emails every 30 minutes or so, and when I am not nearby WiFi, this would take a lot of GPRS usage. Is there a way to limit the iPhone in retrieving attachments? Lets say get the first 5kb of the message and the rest only if I need?
