Default Blank apps keep generating themselves???

I posted this in the modification forum too, but I always seem to get better response from this one. Here is my problem, sorry for the length:
As stated I have about 5 pages of blank apps that are generating themselves everytime I respring... I am JB on 3.1.2 with blackea1n on windows xp. The last thing that I downloaded was springback, and the first time it happened was when it resprung after install. So I uninstalled it and deleted all the blanks. But they still came back after the next respring. So I deleted them again and tried another respring, they came back!!! So I restored thru iTunes, but after reJB. They came back as soon as it finished!! Does anyone have any idea? It's very annoying, because it sometimes takes the last app or two and moves them randomly. I did restore from backup, bur I don't want to lose all my contacts and such. Any suggestions? Sorry for the length, and thanks in advance.

Sounds like you have remnants of that Springback app still generating those blank icons even though you uninstalled it. Reinstall it and then uninstall it again. Some kind of backup is still happening since it is generating so many icons.

Restoring will regenerate these (if they were there when you did the initial restore). I would try installing and then uninstalling as Gem suggested. You may be s.o.l. if that doesn't work though Do you manually manage your contacts on your phone, or are they stored on an exchange server or on your computer?

It sounds like the same problem I had after using iBlank. Try what they suggest here in post 6 ( http://www.ipodtouchfans.com/forums/...d.php?t=169483 ) and here in post 2 in bold ( http://www.xsellize.com/showthread.php?p=235929 ). Find that folder through ssh and just delete everything in it. I left the folder and haven't had the problem again.
