Any use iPhoneRingToneMaker yet?

Just curious if anyone used Efiko Software / iPhoneRingToneMaker on 3.0 with the new itunes.

If so, did it work?

I haven't used it but you can just as easily make your own on iTunes yourself. Search the forums for the method which has been posted plenty of times and you can do it in less than 5 minutes.

Yeah, you can do it, easily even, but nowhere near as easy

Someone posted a couple of days ago that it worked fine with iTunes 8.2. Doesn't really matter what OS is on the phone, the program puts the ringtone into iTunes, iTunes is what communicates it to the phone.

But my issue is the price of the program iPhoneRingToneMaker. Even on sale at half price $7.50, that's still too much vs. doing on your own for free. Easy be damned.

Also every time an update comes out, you have to wait for them to make their update compatible. This can sometimes take weeks. Used this the the V1 days. Total crap IMO.
