Windows User - Roms To Ipod Touch

Hello!
i am a Windows XP / PC user, and have an 8gB iPod Touch =D
I recently Jailbroke/breaked it ^__^ and like, have the 1.1.1 firmware

i know you might get asked this lots, but from my searches, ive only been able to find how to do it on a MAC, which i dont own >: (

so please help? or redirect



P.s i have the ROMs, and i have the Installer app, and the NES app i just cant get the Roms to the iPod

I just looked at this thread heading, it is Mac but further reading could be for PC give this a look

Hmm, ive read all that thread
but still it just says Mac Mac Mac?
i dont know how to get it onto my PC =[[
im guessing the same method doesnt work for both PC and Mac?

Hey ill edit my guide to fix both Mac and PC. It is the same procedure but only thing that is different in Fugu. One sec go check up on it
