Default What version of iTunes to use with unlocked 1.1.1 iPhone?
Hey guys, I'm new to the iPhone world as I just received my unlocked iPhone last night with version 1.1.1 firmware on it. I'm currently running iTunes version 7.3.2 and when it downloaded drivers for my iPhone and I opened iTunes it told me that iTunes requires version 7.4 or later to use iTunes with the iPhone. Will I be safe to upgrade to version 7.4 without bricking the iPhone? Has anyone done this and what versions are you all using with you unlocked iPhones running this firmware? Thanks in advance

The version of iTunes doesn't really matter when unlocking as you don't use iTunes in the process.

The only reason iTunes would concern you is with Ringtones.
