Photoshop is the most common. Gimp is a free photo editor. You can also use this online editor: http://aviary.com/tools/phoenix

Cool thanks.
 I also forgot to add, after that how do I make it into a pack/theme so others can download it? I'm thinking about making some sport team sliders and some friends would likely want them to. |
