No, it will only show the first time you j/b. After that it will boot normally.

Restore your phone to new and retry. Just make sure you have your stuff on your phone backed up.

Another question before I re-jailbreak. I'm on jb'ed 3.0 on my 3G and want to upgrade to the latest jb. I am not worried about unlocking, just jb'ing.

So, here are my proposed steps...let me know if I've left out anything:

1. Backup my current 3.0 version with iTunes
2. Upgrade to 3.1.2
3. Let it ra1n with blackra1n
4. Restore from my 3.0 backup, so that I can bring back my bookmarks, email settings, network (wifi) configuration settings, etc.

Is this a sound plan?

Hi All.

Well i've just upgraded my iphone from 3.0 to 3.1.2. it's 3g, i'm not j/b and it's unlocked legaly, but the proble is that i can't launch any of my app. (dowloaded offecialy by itunes or apple store) any application launched for a sec. and then return to the home page?!!! any help

Another issue if i want to be j/b is it possiable in 3.1.2 version and how it works?

I'm not sure of your first issue, but for this issue, it is my understanding that you can simply use blackra1n.

Make sure that your password in itunes is correct. This may be closing your apps if it is wrong and you are not authorized to use them.

Yes, blackra1n will jailbreak you if your bootrom is under 940.
