voicemail unavailable

i have a jailbroken 1.1.3 iphone that says voicemail unavailable unable to initiate connection,is there a fix for this.

Try this one:
Tap the following code: *5005*86*xxx#
• The xxx is the voice mail, in our example it will read: *5005*86*177#
Tap call.
After a second, the code will have been set.
Tap now on the voicemail button and it will automatically call your usual voicemail service.

I'm lost on what the voicemail xxx is.how do I find out what Xxx is for me,thanks

xxx is your own voicemail number. So the number to dail to reach the voicemail service.
