Default Urgent!! How to restore 1.1.1 to factory setting

My iphone has a dead pixel, I need to exchange for another one.
However, I have installed installer, Apple won't allow me to exchange.
Is there anyway that I can get it back to everything original?

Please help!!! Thanks so much!
