Themes still not fully loading from Customize?

I still can't get themes from customize to load fully. I havetried to install the stickers theme---while the stickers theme shows five icons on the bottom and a "pin board" background, mine shows four icons on the bottom and a black background. As far as I can tell, every other aspect of the theme is good, but I can't get the correct background and number of icons. What am I doing wrong? I uninstalled everytheme in Winterboard thinkging that one of those was blocking Customize to install it's themes. I am at a loss here as to what is going on.

Is there a Customize trick I'm not understanding?

Yeah I have this problem as well.

Can see they spicy has some work that still needs to done. Everything was fine till I upgraded to 2.0. Hope an update comes out soon.
