SummerBoard Messing Up Second Row

When I updated to the new summerboard, I began to lose the ability to select things on my second row (Maps,YouTube,Money,Chat). I first thought it to be maybe from sweat getting into the seams, but I had a feeling it could be summerboard. After uninstalling summerboard. 2nd row works fine everytime and no problems. Any reason for SB to be doin that?
