This is a discussion on Summerboard for 1.1.4? within the iPhone Modifications forums, part of the Modifications category; Originally Posted by jUeLz23 ^did all that all sources are installed and I still dont see it forgive my ignorance, ...
I think it's this source that'll get it to show up:

I'd advise 1.1.4 users to take note that the above repository is just hosting the same SummerBoard for 1.1.3, however they've just removed the firmware check from the preflight sequence of the Installer in this case.
Additionally the package which is installed is not hosted by Null River, if that makes any difference to you or not. Here are the keys which show that this shouldn't be perceived as the official 1.1.4 release, but instead a very clever work around for early 1.1.4 adopters:

I went with a fresh 1.1.4. Then I jailbroke it. Then installed bsd subsystem. Then installed the 94 resources and refreshed. Then i went to recent apps and installed the 1.1.4 summerboard fix. Then installed summerboard and then uninstalled the fix (per instructions that came with the fix). Reboot phone and all works well.....
