I'm just wondering what the sizes are for the slider bars, sliders, and other stuff.

Pretty much the stuff for customize.

The Slider bar is 275X47, if that's any help.

i would also recommend looking on www.modmyifone.com they have some stock files under downloads and you can see how big they are from those.
