if you restore the iphone, do you lose all your contacts and calender dates on the phone?
also, how do you restore the phone?

You first sync after restore will restore all you calendar and contact info.

Hook you phone to you computer, and in iTunes click the restore button.

Unless he wants to restore to 1.1.1 or earlier then he will have to shift, or option click restore, then select where he would like to restore from.

so i installed the new customize yesterday and wound up with all these icons on my phone that i could not get rid of. I started uninstalling programs from installer, including customize, and now when i go back into installer it wont let me install customize (it doesnt even come up on the list).
I want my old customize back, what can i do without losing everything

will restoring my phone clear all my hacked programs so i can update it without ruining my phone?
