Default quick question about latest firmware/installer.app...
Haven't been here in a while and I need to restore. Is installer.app compatible with the latest firmware? I remember that it wasn't last time I was here so just checking if there's any downsides to downloading the latest firmware from apple. Thanks in advance...

What firmware are you on right now?

There is rumors about 1.1.3 coming out during MacWorld around the 15th.

I'm still on firmware 1.0.2, I gotta restore though. I'm just wondering if I can still use installer.app if I download the latest firmware from Apple.

Yes everyone is doing it. Yours is an older phone so no prob.
