Question about syncing after modding???

I have recently installed apptapp and love the features of it. My question is if I connect my Iphone and sync to install new music or videos, if I wanted to restore it later would it restore it with or without AppTap? Another question is how do you unistall AppTapp and all of its components, I know how to uninstall the programs just not AppTapp itself? Thanks in advance!!

AppTapp just unshackles/jailbreaks the phone to install "Installer.app". That is the application on your phone that you can use to manage 3rd party applications, Install/Update/Uninstall.

If you restore your phone, you will need to run AppTapp again to put Installer.app back on the phone.

I was really trying to find out what will happen if i sync my phone after i have modded it, then i restore it again later will it restore it modded or without the installer program?

It will restore unmodded and w/o the Installer program. You'll need to unshackle/unjailbreak again to install 3rd party apps/customizations.
