Problem with installer

I had the APPTAPP installer on my phone. I few days back the COMMUNITY SOURCE PACkAGE was gone from the list under INSTALL, and It was not installed on my phone. Now every package is gone, there is nothing under INSTALL. I did a restore, re installed the APPTAPP, I can see the INSTALLER icone on the phone's main screen but there is nothing in there 2 install. I've re stored a few time now and still nothing....
Can someone help me

Sometimes restarting will do the trick. Otherwise, launch Installer and click "Sources" on bottom right. Hit "Refresh" and check if there are now packages or sources available to you.

If not, tap "Sources" again and then "Add" on upper left. This will allow you to add a source manually by providing the sources' http address.

jailbroke the phone but no installer icon showed up, i only see itunes icon, what should i do now to get the installer icon on the screen?

If you hadn't restarted the phone yet, then do so.
...Or perhaps you should install it from here.
