Plug-in that disables "mobile " sites.

I recently jailbroke to 3.0.

I forgot the name of the app or plug in that allows you to watch youtube and other sites in its original form.
It enables you to look at sites without it automatically recognizing a mobile phone. Sites with mobile access open automatically with their mobile site. There is a plug in on cydia I believe that will disable that function and we can view the site in its original form.
