Please help with installing a theme to SMB via iBrickr...

hey there... first of all, let me say that i have read a few tutorials and threads (from various websites) on this subject, and i THOUGHT i knew exactly what i needed to do, but it didn't work.

What i am trying to accomplish is putting together a hodgepodge theme of various icons from other themes (along with a new dock and wallpaper). What i have been doing is collecting the icons on my PC... then i created a new folder in var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes to hold the theme's icons, dock, and wallpaper. Then, i uploaded them into this folder.

The problem comes when i apply this new custom theme in summerboard. The wallpaper and dock appear as they should, but all of the icons revert back to the original iPhone icons. Before you ask, the "Theme Icons" switch in summerboard is "On".

I know there are other ways to apply a custom theme, but this seems (to me, at least) to be the most efficient way, so i would really like to figure out what i am doing wrong.

yeah, i neglected to create a separate folder for the icon pngs.
