Please Help Me Run Pacay
Please Help. I'm trying to downgrade so I can Unbrick my phone and I'm trying to get pacay going and I can't figure this part out. I saved the file to my desktop. Am I suppose to click on the file? See pics below. When I click on it, windows does not have a program to open or run it. How am I suppose to do this part?

I'm not sure what that file is, but it carries a .rar extension, so it's an archive file (like .zip) that needs to be extracted. WinRAR is a utility (with a free trial version) that should be able to extract that file and get to whatever is inside it that you may need to run ...

Use caution when opening an unknown RAR file. Some carry what's called RAR Bombs and can severly damage your OS and others connected to your network.
